How to download, install, run, register and start using Form Auto Fill
1. At first you need to download Form Auto Fill using the following link http://www.formautofill.com (if you haven't done it yet).

2. To install Form Auto Fill, run Faf.exe (you should remember where you saved the program) or run the "Add/Remove Programs" utility from Windows Control Panel, click the Install button and select FormAutoFill.

3. After Form Auto Fill is installed on your PC, run the program: double-click on Form Auto Fill desktop icon or click the Start button and choose Form Auto Fill from the list of programs.

4. Form Auto Fill tray icon appears in the tray menu.

Usually you can find tray icons in the right bottom corner near the clock.
If you can't find Form Auto Fill tray icon and you run Windows Vista or Windows XP, click the 'Show/hide icon' button in the tray menu.

5. To get access to program main window and program features:
double-click on Form Auto Fill desktop icon

or
right-click on Form Auto Fill tray icon to access program tray menu.

6. How to:
• Find your PC UserID
• Register Form Auto Fill with Temporary Registration information
• Register Form Auto Fill with Complete Registration information
• Start using Form Auto Fill

TO FIND YOUR USER ID:

1. Double-click on Form Auto Fill desktop icon

and click 'Help' button in the toolbar
2. Select Complete Registration item. 'Complete Registration' window appears.



You can find your UserID in UserID field.
 Note: You are recommended to enter UserID using copy/paste commands:
to select UserID double-click on UserID or put the cursor at the beginning of UserID and press Shift + End
to copy UserID   right-click on the selected UserID and select 'Copy' from the context menu or press Ctrl + C
to paste UserID  right-click and select 'Paste' from the context menu or press Ctrl + V


TEMPORARY REGISTRATION

 Note:
- Temporary registration information will be sent you via e-mail in a few minutes after you place your order and your credit card is accepted.
- Make sure you can receive automatically generated emails from
- Temporary Registration information allows you to use the program (if your trial has expired) until you get Complete Registration information.
- Form Auto Fill with Temporary registration information may operate for a limited period of time.

1. Double-click on Form Auto Fill desktop icon

and click 'Help' button in the toolbar
2. Select Temporary Registration item. Temporary Registration window appears.



3. Enter Temporary registration information (Name, E-mail, Date and Registration Key).
 Note:
- You are recommended to enter registration information using copy/paste commands.
- Make sure you enter Date to the Date field from the e-mail with Temporary registration information.

- To copy/paste Registration key:
to select Registration key double-click on registration key in the e-mail with registration information or put the cursor at the beginning of the Registration key and press Shift + End
to copy Registration key   right-click on the selected registration key and select 'Copy' from the context menu or press Ctrl + C
to paste Registration key  right-click in Registration key field and select 'Paste' from the context menu or press Ctrl + V

4. Click 'Temporary Activate'.

COMPLETE REGISTRATION

After you receive the email with Complete registration information, you should register Form Auto Fill with it.
1. Double-click on Form Auto Fill desktop icon

and click 'Help' button in the toolbar
2. Select Complete Registration item. 'Complete Registration' window appears.



3. Enter Complete registration information (Name, E-mail and Registration Key).
 Note:
- You should enter ALL registration information (including Name, email, etc) using copy/paste commands.
- User ID is inserted into the User ID field automatically.

- To copy/paste Registration key:
to select Registration key double-click on registration key in the e-mail with registration information or put the cursor at the beginning of the Registration key and press Shift + End
to copy Registration key   right-click on the selected registration key and select 'Copy' from the context menu or press Ctrl + C
to paste Registration key  right-click in Registration key field and select 'Paste' from the context menu or press Ctrl + V

4. Click 'Activate'.

Edit form
Fill web form
Fill & Submit web form
Working with Forms in batch mode
Encrypt forms database
Lock forms (dismount Forms database)
Unlock forms (mount Forms database)

If you have problems with Temporary Registration:
• Make sure you select 'Temporary registration' not 'Complete registration'

• Make sure you enter Date to the Date field from the e-mail with Temporary registration information.

• Make sure there are no spaces in registration key and registration key is fully copied.

• Check the system date - it should be the current date.

If your trial hasn't expired yet, you can wait for Complete Registration information. Complete Registration Information will be sent you within 1-3 business days after your credit card has been processed.

If you are still having problems, make a screenshot of your Temporary Registration window and send it to us:
• Copy and paste Temporary registration information in Temporary registration window, click 'Register'.
•  After that make a screenshot of Temporary Registration window so we can see information you entered and the error message and send it to us. To make a screenshot use Print Screen (Prt Sc) key on your keyboard - the picture will be placed to the buffer. After that you can paste the screenshot for example in Word, Photoshop, etc., save the file and send it to us.


If you have problems with Complete Registration:
All fields are case sensitive. We recommend you to enter ALL registration information using copy/paste commands (including Name, email, etc).

• Make sure there are no spaces in registration key and registration key is fully copied.

• Make sure you enter Complete registration information in 'Complete Registration' window (not in 'Temporary registration window').

If you are still having problems, make a screenshot of your Complete Registration window and send it to us:
• Copy and paste Complete registration information in Complete registration window, click 'Register'.
• After that make a screenshot of Complete Registration window so we can see information you entered and the error message and send it to us. To make a screenshot use Print Screen (Prt Sc) key on your keyboard, the picture will be placed to the buffer. After that you can paste the screenshot for example in Word, Photoshop, etc., save the file and send it to us.


FAQ
• How can I save a web form using Form Auto Fill (Form AutoFill)?

To save a web form using Form Auto Fill:
• Open a web page with the necessary web form, fill it (if you want).
• Press Alt + G (by default you can use this hotkeys combination to save the current web form information).
• In the "New/Select Form" window enter Form name and click "OK".
If you save an empty web form, Form Auto Fill will create a form with the necessary fields for storing web form information and automatically fill form web page's Title and Url.
If you save a web form filled with the necessary information, Form Auto Fill will create a form with the necessary fields for storing form information and automatically fill all form fields.
If a web form has "select" type field(s) you can configure Form Auto Fill to save the full list of information stored in the "select" type field(s) ("Get full list of drop down fields" option on) or save only the selected fields' values (turn "Get full list of drop down fields" option off).
